 Custom Shop:

Prehung Shop:

Our prehang shop machines and assembles door units ready for jobsite delivery. Doors efficiently flow through the shop in a linear manner and end up staged on rolling carts.
Norfield Signature Door Machine
 We keep this machine, and all our machines, tuned up and blades sharp.		 All casing is mitred on this automatic double ended chop saw. Cuts are extremely clean and accurate.
  
  Stain grade doors are protected by bubble wrap.
Inventory Area:
We have a large inventory of base, casing, and jambs. We don't ever like to backorder.  
Complete hinge stock both round and square corner, spring hinges and NRP hinges in all common finishes. Complete stock of roller catches, flush bolts, bipass, bifold and pocket door hardware with all guides. All stocked in most common finishes.
 
Complete inventory of pocket locks, rigid and flex stops, hinge stops, chrome rods, weatherstrips, and base corners. All items stocked in all common finishes.
